No, OMC2 doesn’t supply directly nozzles, elements and delivery valves to engines makers, but our products are sold also to some Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
Yes, they are. We produce our parts with utmost care to guarantee that all the aspects and key features of the original item are met, thus ensuring full specification compliance to achieve correct engine performance.
Yes we can produce items according to samples and/or drawings.
According to the size of the components involved, it can vary from 24 to 100 pcs.
60/90 days for elements and delivery valves and 90/120 days for the nozzles.
Depending on sizes and weight, we always protect our parts with an anti-corrosive oil, place them in a polypropylene bag and ultimately in a card-board box or a plastic capsule.
From steel bar to finished product, every step in our production is processed into our system and every batch is identified by a unique number.
