OMC2 manufactures nozzles, elements and delivery valves  suitable to the diesel injection engines made by the world’s major construction firms.
 
OMC2 has been present in the global market for many decades and we sell our parts not only to the After-Market - through a consolidated network of agents, distributors and traders - but also sell them to the main Original Equipment Manufacturing companies as well.


 



 

NOZZLES

Our range of production includes a wide variety of types of cooled or uncooled nozzles which can be used on a great number of diesel injection engines models of the most important worldwide makers.Our nozzles are the best alternative to the genuine parts as they’re produced following a severe conformity and test procedure of all the key features ensuring the fully interchangeability. For some engine models we can also supply the nozzle-holders.
 

 



 

ELEMENTS

All the elements included in our wide range are fully suitable and interchangeable to many of the engines models produced by the main engine makers brands. We can produce elements with plunger diameters up to 54 mm and with the most innovative coatings according to the latest OEM standards. Upon request, we can also recondition used elements, lapping the cylinder and replacing the plunger with a new one in oversize; ensuring compliance to the original clearance specifications.
 

 



 

DELIVERY VALVES

OMC2 manufactures its delivery valves in a wide variety of types and sizes, able to cover an extensive range of diesel engines produced by the main engine makers brands. , and they are fully interchangeable to the original parts installed on these models. Our production line also includes items with eccentric holes and multi-part valves for constant pressure control, all of them produced with the precision and the care which sets us apart from the competition.
